Donna is an active member of the Winona Community. She has served on the board of Winona Chamber of Commerce, United Way (Past President) and the Winona Public School Foundation. She has been a public school volunteer for 22 years.
Donna is a graduate of Drake University with a BFA in Art Education. She has 3 grown children.
